So unfortunately for unseen circumstances I was not able to purchase the vehicle I had to intended to buy, but I drove 9+ hours from NC to KY to visit dealer and like I said something ended up interfering with the Jeep I intended to buy and I was kind of bummed out because I really wanted it but Chris was not happy about what was an error of one of his mechanics but Chris the owner and Ron his salesman went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate us and make it fair as we had to leave empty handed but took care of us in other aspects and we are beyond grateful , now if we lived closer I definitely would do business with them! But I don’t see us traveling there again as we are FAR LOL but if you are local to them, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! They are very professional and knowledgeable and always do what they can to make sure their customers leave their dealership happy and taken care of!!! Definitely Recommend!

Brandon and Chris made this car buying experience seamless. My fiance had been searching everywhere for a Lexus IS350 and they had the best deal on the market. So good we drove 2 hours to come get it. We got there, car looked impeccable, it was everything he dreamed of. There was a slight hiccup but Chris stepped in and resolved our concerns immediately! Brandon was an amazing guy to work with as well, made everything comfortable and smooth. We would absolutely recommend CHAS to anyone looking for a new ride.
