We ended up having some issues with the truck in the beginning, but Chris made it right. It went above and beyond to help us. I Bought my new car From Chris Hiser Auto Sales on Dixie Hwy an I couldn't be more satisfied ! Not only did I get a new car that ended up cheaper than the asking price in the first place! And Jennifer helped me from beginning to end and I had things going on in my life @ that time that I NEVER would have made it if it wasn't for her , she literally led me through the buying process of buying my car with the most helpful , loving, kind help I ever knew people still do in this day an time,, I can't say enough good things about the Staff @Chris Hiser Auto Sales on Dixie Hwy. The best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle, hands-down! Easy to deal with and transparent. Straight forward. My salesman Chris Perkins was very easy to deal with and he was very knowledgeable. The owner also got involved and helped with the whole thing.

I'm going 5 stars I met Chris he has been nothing short of a stand up guy about our deal & his sellsman said I could drive the sequoia to Cali with no issues, well I drove it to Beaumont TX instead and it drove great both ways! Truck still running good

When I was in the market for a car I had asked a few people about some good car lots, in order to NOT obtain a lemon. I went with this car lot through my brother's recommendation, considering he previously worked for Chris Hiser. My brother had told me He was an Honest Dealership and would provide a reasonable price as well! I found a 2014 focus with around 87,000 miles in great condition, apart from a door sensor hadn't arrived to be replaced at the time. I was able able to ride off the lot that day, as well as provide my current, as of then, vehicle for a trade in! Papers where signed and the car was mine! When the part came in I received a text from Chris Perkins, the salesman who assisted me upon this endeavor, and we set up a day and time to have replaced; upon replacement my door works great! I'm a grateful new car owner to have encountered this very car lot as well as the very salesman that had worked directly with me...Chris Perkins!! I LOVE my smooth new ride!!
