Great place to buy a car! Chris Perkins was easy to deal with! Straight forward, honest and transparent! Todd took care of the paperwork and made everything easy!! The only place in Louisville to buy a car!!!

We purchased our daughters first vehicle here and she absolutely loves it! The process was very informative and easy. Ronnie did an amazing job assisting us and getting on the road. Our next child has several years before she starts driving and we will be back. 👍 👍

My 17 yo daughter was in desperate need of a car, so we had planned a Saturday of looking. Originally we hadn't added Chris Hiser to our list of lots, but as we drove by I remembered some friends had posted about getting a car from him. She test drove 3 cars, but we still had other places to go, so we told them we would consider them if none of the other lits worked out. We drove out to Crestwood and let's just say the cars we were shown should NOT have been on display. My daughter then said "Mom i would rath3r go back to Chris because his cars were clean inside and out, and they smelled good". So we drove back out to Dixie Hwy. and she chose the 2021 Buick Encore. When we test drove it there were 2 minor issues and we brought that up, and both Chris Perkins AND Chris Hiser assured us that the issues would be fixed. I HIGHLY recommend Chris Hiser Auto Sales because the staff was pleasant, they weren't pushy, and they kept their word on fixing the issues. I would DEFINITELY go back to them if I need to purchase a car in the future.
